We offer a simple returns policy, offering a 7 day money back (no quibble guarantee).  For health and hygiene reasons no refund is available on pierced earrings jewellery.

When returning goods, it will speed up the process  if you remember to include Name/Address and where possible your order number.

Any item returned should not be used or worn.

Please send items back by recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Returned goods postage is not re-imbursed.

Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the item for something else.
